  • DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

    Yes! You can purchase them at Sky’s The Limit on your next visit to the

    park.

  • HOW DOES IT WORK?

    • If you’ve never been to a trampoline park before, it can be a bit confusing at first. Here’s how it works:
    • Sign a waiver (we recommend signing one online before you arrive)
    • Purchase or wear Sky’s the Limit brand non-skid grip socks.
    • Buy tickets either online or at the park.
    • Receive your sticker designating your jump time (jumps start every 30 minutes).
    • Jump until your heart is content on all our attractions during your jump time.
  • DO YOU HAVE A MILITARY DISCOUNT?

    Each guest with a valid Military ID will receive 10% of all regular priced

    jump hours and merchandise.  (Includes active duty, Reserves, Dependents

    and Retired). Discounts cannot be combined with any of our specials and is

    not applicable for Toddler Time and Sonic Boom.

  • ARE THERE SPECIFIC PLACES FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN TO JUMP?

    Yes. We have the Kids Court and Toddler Play Area. They are allowed to jump anywhere around the

    park, but this area is just for 6 and under.

  • CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD IN THE PARK?

    No outside food or drinks are permitted in the park. We have the Sky Café

    for you to enjoy. We offer pizza, boneless chicken wings, pretzel bites, candy and so much more!

  • WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

    All sales are final. No refunds will be given for any reason, including non-

    usage.

  • WHEN IS A GOOD TIME TO CALL IN ADVANCE FOR A PARTY?

    To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we recommend booking at

    least 2 weeks before the party. The easiest way to book a party is online

    through our website. Simply Click Here to check out our party packages

    then click the Book A Party link at the top of the site to book it.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    Birthday Parties and Special Events: a 50% non-refundable deposit is

    required to book a birthday party or special event. If you cancel your event

    you will forfeit the full deposit. If you reschedule your party or special event

    no later than 72 hours prior to your event, we will work with you to find the

    best possible day for free.

    Weather: If weather causes the facility to close, your party will be re-

    scheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather closures.

  • WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS I CAN HAVE AT OUR PARTY?

    We do not have a maximum, but we would recommend no more than 15

    people if you are concerned about seating. If your party grows to larger

    than 20, we would recommend adding an additional room for your guests.

  • WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT FOR A PARTY?

    The deposit amount is 50% non-refundable deposit of the party package.

    The deposit is applied to the final bill at checkout at the end of your party.

    the top of the website.

  • WHAT’S THE SCHEDULE FOR A PARTY AT SKY’S THE LIMIT?

    Your designated party host will assist the kids with check in and they will

    jump for 1 hour. The kids will then be called over the sound system to go to

    their party room for cake, pizza and presents. Your party room will not be

    available during your jump time, only during your party time.

  • IF I’M HAVING A PARTY, CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

    Party guests who book through Sky’s the Limit Events may bring a cake or

    cupcakes in a covered container for their party. We do not allow outside

    food, drinks or coolers; only your birthday cake, cupcakes and cookie

    cakes are permitted with a booked party. NO ICE CREAM or ICE CREAM CAKES.

    Otherwise all outside food and drinks are prohibited in the park. For

    more details please contact our Sky’s the Limit Events department.

    We will provide plates, cups, napkins, and forks for parties.

  • IS ICE CREAM OKAY TO BRING?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a way to keep the ice cream from melting

    and we do not allow outside coolers. We do however offer other cold treats at the park.

  • How much space do kids need for a trampoline birthday party?
